[Short Comedy-Action story]

Well shit. How did he end up in a situation like this again? Oh right, he messed the code up. Again. He really should've listened in math class. And now he's screwed. Well at least, that's what this guy holding him down thinks. So he just... pats the dude's hand and sits up casually.
"Wha-"
"Look uh-- dude, I really need to go before the cops come, plus Lee-diot is calling me, but no hard feelings, right?"
And with that he stands up, uses the right code to open the safe and runs outta there, leaving the guy to just sit there, dumbfounded, thinking, just what kinda risks is this robber willing to take?

Well, really weird and stupid ones, we learn later.

"What is your predicament?" he repeated slowly I was getting pissed. My predicament is; I led my coworker and friend to an early grave, my fiancé if I dare call her that, was gallivanting around God knows where, doing God knows what. I had never even seen or held a gun all my life but in less than 48 hours I've somehow managed to stare down the barrel of a gun. I also endangered my family and anyone foolish enough to call me a friend and not too long ago I put an innocent woman, someone's grandmother in ICU. "What's your predicament?" Short legs asked again, spacing his words slowly as if each held a double meaning. My brain clicked suddenly; "I have delayed diagnosis" He nodded briefly. "Welcome. I'm Doctor Rasheed". ::::::::::::::::::::: Rex Obasi was just an average banker struggling to deal with his fiance dissapearing after eight years. In a crazed moment of greed, he steals valuable documents worth millions but there's something else in the mix; a piece of paper containing numbers - coordinates he doesn't understand. When the coordinates lead to a deadly human trafficking ring, operating under the guise of an N.G.O, Rex realizes he has stumbled on what is no doubt the most dangerous organized crime, operating since 1989. His life of deposit slips and checkbooks are turned upside down, now it's guns and bullets, knives and assassins. It's up to Rex to put an end to it, redeem his conscience, and just maybe he could get a second shot at love. But there's every possibility that a bullet is coming next.

They say you only fall in love once. For Ody and Mano, that once changed everything. In a world where love isn't always safe, and pain comes hand-in-hand with desire, two straight boys find each other in the middle of grief, trauma, and secrets that refuse to stay buried. Mano doesn't do vulnerability. Aggressive, tattooed, cold, and impossible to like, he plays the villain on purpose, because being hated is safer than being seen... and losing someone again would ruin him. Ody can't help but care. Bright, extroverted, charming and painfully sincere, he's the kind of boy who notices when you're hurting... even when you pretend you're not. He remembers your birthday, offers you the last slice, and apologizes even when it's not his fault. When their lives collide, nothing about them makes sense, except the way they keep gravitating toward each other. Sparks fly, but so do secrets, buried trauma, and a love neither of them is ready for. One of them hides behind silence. The other hides behind smiles. Together, they're wildfire. But not all fires survive the storm. The forbidden love between a broken boy and a lost one - a bond that refuses to break, even as the world tries to tear them apart. 🖤New chapter every Friday🖤 ! Super Thieves by shekindaquirkydoe
29 parts Complete
It's no secret that some people use their unique gifts to do good, and some use them to do evil. Your classic heroes and villains, if you will. But what about the middle people? The people born with powers, not the kinds that let you fly, or crush cars with your mind, or turn your enemies into puddles of goo before you, the ones that are not quite considered "super". What are they supposed to do? Their powers aren't strong enough to categorize them as hero or villain. Imagine Knife Man or Spoon Girl with the power to control cutlery, do you honestly think they would hold up in a fight against anyone else? Being a superhero without powers is hard enough, being a superhero with a useless super power is damn impossible. Andrew, Carter, and Heather knew that their unique abilities would be worthless if they made themselves full time heroes or villains. Instead, they use their "uselessness" to their advantage. The trio makes their living in their own respected fields, but they come together as the best band of thieves in the world. Nobody would ever suspect three seemingly innocent young adults of 45 high profile theft cases. There is nothing extraordinary about them after all, no crazy hair colors, no fire blasting out of their mouths. It's the perfect cover. When the group steals a valuable, but at the same time worthless, artifact from a museum in Tokyo, they find themselves caught in the crossfire between the National Superhero League and a new super villain on the rise. And since the heroes can't seem to be doing their one job right, the group steps out of the shadows and takes matters into their own hands.
