"I hate you - so much Tripp." More confusion because, once more, wasn't this a good thing? "Why did you have to say that? What if," A little quieter, just above a whisper. "What if we mess up our friendship?" "But what if we don't?" "You don't know that," I bumped his nose with my finger. "And neither do you. So, why don't we give it a shot?" He bit down on his bottom lip, hesitation and worry filling his gaze. __ This is literally a story that follows the plot of two best friends realizing their feelings for each other, yes, I know, very cliche, but I enjoyed writing it. The teachers don't understand. He can't tell them why. He can't say anything at all. Ross understands. Ross writes to him. Slowly, he pulls Jude out of his shell, waiting for him to say something. ----- Say Something is a story of overcoming fear with the help of friendship and love. As someone who has struggled with anxiety, I tried to do something a little different with my writing style this time by including a lot of thoughts and feelings rather than a ton of description and detail. I'd like to add that it mentions things like sex and violence but I don't plan on going into any graphic detail in this story. There is also occasional cursing. In an all boys boarding school surrounded by football players 18 year olds Alex, Sam, Jason and Parker have two years left in school. Two years, to find out who they really are or want to be, two years to heal and learn. No one said this was going to be easy. When Jason has to change school because of an incident, he doesn't expect to like it. And he doesn't. but he likes someone. Alex is an introvert. A quiet kid who doesn't like talking to People (except for his best friend Sam) and who likes to be on his own. but that changes when he gets a Roommate. Sam Is Alex' best friend. And Parker is his roommate. They dislike eachother... Until they don't. READ FULL BEFORE STARTING THE STORY: TW: This book is written lightly, but has also some really serious themes that I want you to know about before reading. It talks about abuse and there are some scenes where a character is having a panic attack. If this is too close for you and you don't feel comfortable reading things like that then It might be best to not start reading /genuine <3 I want you to know before reading that this is a book with a good ending!
