Dorm Mates (Percabeth AU)

Piper Rosaline McLean walked down the carpeted hall stopping in front of a door that had a large, brass number 18 on the wooden door. The white paint was chipped and had a recent layer of paint as if someone had tried to repaint the door but had been interrupted. She lifted her fist and knocked precisely three times on the door.

A series of crashes and oofs sounded from behind that door. Piper heard a loud thud and nearly jumped out of her skin. What was going on in there? When the door finally opened, Piper had to stifle a gasp.

A hot, shirtless guy stood in the doorway, panting for breath while leaning against it. He was wearing long, baggy grey sweatpants. His raven black hair was sticking up in all kinds of different directions. His intense sea green eyes stared into Piper's, unwaveringly. Piper finally found her voice.

"Um, excuse me. Is this the wrong dorm? My friend, Annabeth, told me that this was her dorm," Piper exclaimed.

The hot dude chuckled, "Oh yeah, this is her dorm alright."
