I am writing short stories as the title suggests. I started to write again after a friend of mine inspired me! Thank you, my friend @goddessofcereal56! I will be writing little stories from writing prompts I found on Pinterest! I am not the best writer so if you could point out writing mistakes I make I would appreciate it!! For years, I've been writing in silence, creating worlds, characters, and stories that lived only in the margins of my notebooks and tucked-away folders on my computer. Writing has always been my escape, something I've done for myself-a way to step out of reality for a moment and breathe through the lives of the people I've imagined. I've written and rewritten countless stories, always hesitant to share them, never quite confident enough to let anyone else peek into the depths of my mind. It's always felt like just a hobby, something personal, something safe. Now, after pouring myself into this story for what feels like a lifetime, I've finally done it-I've uploaded all my chapters to Wattpad, sharing this piece of me with the world. Universe of Soulmates by mistyrider921

This is a collection of short stories centered around soulmates. Each story has its own characters, with their own conflicts, romances, hopes, and dreams. Although these stories are in no way connected to each other, I'm hoping I can touch on a little bit of everyone's worlds--from heterosexual relationships to transgender people to non-binary gender identification and everything in between (bear with me, I will do my best to research these and if something is wrong let me know because I want to understand other people's worlds). This is my challenge to myself to get better and more consistent at writing daily. Rules I will upload a part to a story every day. Some stories will be shorter than others and some may continue over multiple days, but I will upload everyday, no matter the quality. Consistency over perfection. Important Some might be good, some might be horrible. Good thing I'm doing this for me and not for you. I'd be grateful for any feedback though, I have a lot to learn.

While most could have been cared for and nurtured until they grew into fully fledged books, they have only matured halfway, creating a efficient way to get stuck in your head. I'll also post short stories that I may or may not try turning into novels. From "The Kid is Hot Tonight," a story about such topics as high school parties and domestic abuse. To "Just Another Nightmare," a story about a kind of hell you might never have thought of. This collection will likely make you question if something is wrong with me. Spoiler alert; there is.
