This is a fan made story about Sonic the Hedgehog video games series. Katy is a young writer who tries to finish a story and mail it to SEGA to see if she is hired as the new story designer, but after being rejected from the company and her own mother she decides to walk alone to get inspired. Thanks to her desire and her perseverance something magical happens, a portal opens and she accidentally enters. Then she discovers that her character from her story is alive in that dimension and she find new friends and enemies as well.

An Odd Newcomer
A Mobian with a mysterious past is caught by Sonic and Tails, but as time goes on, he becomes part of the team. This story, and all future ones, are connected to the same version of their universe. Takes place in the Classic timeline, making everyone 4 years younger, but they speak because they did before SEGA said "nah lol". Note: I made the thumbnail this way because since it takes place in the Classic era, I gave my character the Sonic 3 treatment with twice the pixels. Also, I'm not the best at thumbnail art lol.
