A/N: Read at risk of slow and inconsistent updates. This is my first story and I never know what to write. Also, I am making this slighly more modern because my knowledge of the language and clothing of the past is limited, though it shouldn't make too much of a difference. Please be easy on me. ^~^
There was a smart, beautiful girl, whose beauty, while unbeknownst to her, had the attention of every male in her small village and whispers of her beauty were occasionally heard far across the lands. One day a carriage rode into town, which was strange enough on its own. However, what came next had seemed even stranger to the girl. The owner of the carriage was demanding to meet the girl whose beauty was rumored to rival even the most gorgeous of jewels, melt an ice cold heart, and shine brighter than the sun.
Little did anyone know that her looks were not all that shone like the sun. She was incredibly smart and had a heart of gold. Nobody cared about that though; they wanted her for her looks and nothing more. "They" even included the kingdom in which she resided. The carriage owner turned out to be a messenger from the palace itself.
The king was adamant that his son marry the most beautiful girl in the kingdom. She was to be brought to the kingdom immediately to meet the crown prince.
This is not what the prince wanted. Of course, his father wouldn't listen. So what did he do? He ran.
In the thrilling third installment of 'Agents of Time', the time travel team is on the hunt for Jack the Ripper - the unidentified serial killer notorious for his murders in Whitechapel in 1888.
