In the year 1916, the country of Mandalore is ruled by the Kenobi family. The evil Snoke vows to destroy the royal family and the young Grand Duchess disappears when their palace is invaded. Years later, the dowager Empress Satine offers a reward for her granddaughters return. Two scheming men, planning to pawn off a phony Duchess, hold auditions and choose an orphan girl with a striking resemblance to the missing princess. They bring her to Naboo for the reward, not knowing she's the real long lost Duchess.

Once there, Darth Sidious, the Emperor, gave Vader the new lightsaber, a Sith lightsaber, its red instead of the blue he had before. Vader ignited the saber and took the Emperor by surprise, killing him on the spot. This chapter is the conclusion of Episode III, and the beginning of the series, Skywalkers: Rule The Galaxy!

Satine had a child with Obi-wan soon after he and his master returned her to Mandalore. Obi-wan has no knowledge of this child and neither do any of her subjects as it was said that it was Bo-Katan's for the child's safety and for the safety of the Duchess' reputation. This didn't come as a surprise to the subjects since Bo-Katan already had a year old child, Korkie. Annabella is Force sensitive, very strong in the Force actually but having some control over it never proved to be an issue until she was 17. Now Satine is afraid that she'll have to ask her old love for help in fear that the dark side will consume her daughter and she'll loose her. SPOILERS FOR CLONE WARS: this takes place after Obi-wan's "death" where Satine still hasn't quite forgiven him but before anything happens with Darth Maul.
