I was one of the 100.
A nuclear war was what killed everyone on earth. Now there was only the ark left, twelve space stations joined together to rebuild the population until we can travel back to the ground.
Me? I'm y/n Kane. Daughter of the infamous Marcus Kane. I was always looked down at because of my family, yes it hurt, but I ignored all the comments people made. Until a couple months ago.
If you were below 18 and did anything that disobeyed the rules on the Ark you'd get locked up into juvenile prison, or the sky box as we like to call it. At age 18 you get reviewed and you either get executed or the council lets you live out your life on the Ark. That's where I was, for what I did.
I was sitting in my isolated cell, bouncing a bouncy ball up and down my wall when suddenly my cell bursts open and two guards walk in,
"Prisoner 189 face the wall and put out your right arm." He demanded.

And me? My name is Luisa Kane. On my days on the righteous Ark, I was a guard, a sergeant, actually, and well trained. With the idea of freedom, Hailey knows that she is never safe and that if weaknesses are shown, someone will use them against her. Will she be able to overcome her emotional and mental walls, even if it means that she'd be vulnerable? Being on the ground will change Hailey in ways that the people on the ark would never expect. She will find a better version of herself. Hailey will become what she was always meant to be, a warrior. Eve Kane is a seventeen year-old delinquent on the Ark in space. Ninety-seven years ago, the last remaining parts of the human race went into space to escape the radiation soaked planet, and they had been living there ever since. Eve is the daughter of councilman Marcus Kane, and for four years straight she was abused by her awful step-mother; Councilor Kane just turned a blind eye to it, because he needed no drama surrounding him and his family. One day, Eve snapped, and that resulted in her killing Kristy--he step-mother--with a screwdriver she stole from the engineering unit. Typically, when a crime is committed on the Ark, the committor is floated into space, but if they are under the age of eighteen they must be held in a prison cell until the age of eighteen when they are reviewed. Eve was locked up for six months, but one-hundred juvenile delinquents including herself were sent to Earth to see if it was habitable. While on the ground, Eve desperately tries to seem as if she didn't brutally kill her step-mother, but once somebody finds out all hell brakes loose.
