I grew up in Brooklyn, NY but after my mom remarried we moved to Lansing, Michigan. I have a step sister and brother, Levi and Kaden. I expected it to be a nice and friendly town..until I came across a body in the creek not too far away from where I was sitting.
Hayley Fox a seventeen year old Brooklyn girl who moved to Michigan with her new step father and step siblings. This young gal loves to draw and write out by the creek a little ways from her house. She thought it would be a normal year in her new town with a new family, her mind changed when she found a dead body not too far away from where she was sitting.

So, they both go back to their hometown, Maplebirch to attend the funeral, just to find out that the police think that it was a suicide. But it doesn't fit because Rosalind was the perfect human being. She was selfless, happy, helping and loving. She would never think of hurting herself, let alone killing. After the case is closed, Rosalind's posse is all distressed. They decided to meet at a restaurant to talk and when they order their bill, they also get a note which says that Rosalind was in fact murdered and the person who wrote it knows who killed Rosalind. All they have to do is follow the clues and obey the rules and it would lead them straight to the killer. They were all afraid but also knew that it needed to be done as they all had something to be guilty of and deep down they all blamed themselves for her death. Started: 23rd January 2020. Its Leah again here to rant about how obsessed I am with the new kid from NYC. He has such a bad boy vibe, not to mention all the rumors floating around town about why he got sent here. We don't get a lot of excitement around here in this small town. I spend most of my time as a ball of anxiety, but painting helps. My little sister Mia is like therapy when she sits down and paints with me. She is such a little angel. It seems like there's Never anything exciting, until the one day there was. After that day it became ritualistic and the secrets started to come out one traumatic event at a time Sincerely, Leah Brauner. This story is about a high school girl that has a crush on the new kid that just came to town from New York with a dark backstory. Not only does she have a new crush in town but there are a bunch of other secrets that have been coming to light with every sunrise the town sees. This town might be small but boy is there a lot of drama. The town police don't know what's worse, the splayed out animals or the missing high school girls. Leah doesn't know what to think as the town she knew as her home falls to shambles. Will she fall with the town or will she run away with the mystery man she has a secret obsession with.
