2739. The Earth has been turned into a water world after later 21st century efforts to obtain clean water for Mars from the ice in Saturn's Rings, and global warming melted all ice on the planet . The ice overshot their course to Mars, crashing onto the surface of Earth, resulting in the global flooding. The survivors of this event, dubbed the Rebirth, scrambled to search for any sea-worthy vessels they could, and began to look for livable land, or began to salvage ships from the depths of the sea, but now a new power patrols the seas, and where there is power, there are those who challenge it. But whom is challenging whom?
