This is a group of dancers that mob meetings public places stores schools. Cops have been around LA looking for the "The Royal Dancers" every time they finish mobbing that place the leave. There artist always leave art work of some sort of there name and leave it for people to see and let them know it was them. But they keep there identity hidden. They all go to school in LA with some kids that know of them. But they keep begging to join but they say no. They threaten the kids saying if they say a word to the others or police then they'll torture them and do anything to keep them from giving away the identity.
