Už odnepaměti vypraví matky svým dětem báchorky o démonech a bytostech, které se skrývají ve stínech, tyto báchorky měly děti zastrašovat a donutit je ulehnout ke spánku, ale původně, už od stvoření světa, ještě než byly vyprávěny jen dětem, měly varovat před skutečným nebezpečím, které může potkat každého z nás. Ale tento příběh nevypráví o lidech, nýbrž o démonu jménem Zachary, který se stal objetí nespravedlnosti Andělského lidu.
