In his last year at Hogwarts, Quidditch star Scorpius Malfoy is prone to existential dread. He doesn't want to work for the Ministry of Magic like his father, and his girlfriend is pushing him toward a Quidditch career that doesn't interest him. Scorpius secretly wants to be an artist - which is looked down upon by everyone he cares about.

Kiara LeClerc - a girl who stares up at the stars instead of practicing magic - begins to study Scorpius as closely as she does the constellations. An aggressive, egotistical front does not match the profile Kiara has built for the Slytherin Seeker. Even though every time they talk they argue, Kiara and Scorpius cannot deny the gravity they have on each others' lives.

But with a powerful friendship building between Kiara and the great Albus Potter, and Scorpius's old flame Rose Granger-Weasley crossing paths after years of cold indifference . . . Scorpius begins to wonder if maybe the Muggle-born stargazer is right about the universe after all.

Rose Weasley has always been the top of her class. She got it from her mum, the pure determination to soak in all the information that she learned because to her, there was nothing more interesting. But at the start of her sixth year, she is already feeling stumped, and not because of the higher-level N.E.W.T classes that she is taking. No, this is because of a Malfoy. Her parents were never too thrilled that she was friends with the kid, but it didn't stop Rose, especially not when she couldn't even see her best friend/cousin without also seeing him. Along with Rose, Scorpius was also one of the top students in the class. He was her only real competition. And the friendly competition never hurt anyone, well, not until this year. Rose can't put her finger on what it is exactly, that has caused this shift in her friendship with Scorpius and she hates it. She hates not knowing the answers to things, and this one replayed in her head all the time. She's stumped trying to figure it out, of course not realizing that it's her cluelessness that's the real problem. This story is filled with all the different types of love, family, friends, and yes, some romance. Follow Rose on her coming of age journey through her last two years at Hogwarts, where she learns all that she possibly can about magic, and possibly more importantly, about life. ***Note: This story was written before the Cursed Child, so not everything is completely "cannon" but more of my ideas on the next generation before the Cursed Child even came out. While his parents were away, we got to stay at his house, the famous Malfoy mansion. This story contains mainly Scorbus, with a little Wolf star hidden in there too- I couldn't bear to let them die in this version when they were so clearly married. Sorry Tonks x Obviously I don't own the characters, that's all Queen J K, and Warner Brothers, if you want to get technical. Also I got the idea from my favourite fanfic ever, "three weeks at Malfoy Manor", (google it, it'll be the first to pop up it's really good, I promise).
