Conner is a momma's boy always has been always will be. He has a single mother and will always protect her no matter what. He loves his mom to no end But when his mom marries a bastard because they need money he can't do anything to save his mother but wait till he finishes high school. They move to Minesota  with his stepdad and step sister and He starts to play happy for his mother's sake.  Everything changes when on the first day of school he sees a girl in the corner and his new friend tells him all about her including she's mute. There's something about her that caches his eyes and he's drawn to her but will she show the same interest?All Rights Reserved

I smiled at him but tears were starting to blur my vision together. "I hate you." His smile faltered and he looked taken back, "Not like that, Drake. I hate you because you make me cry. I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place.
