With chemotherapy out of the way, Willow Pricket, much to her dismay, can head back to school for senior year. Returning friendless, sick, and bored brings Willow only one solace - being able to see Charlotte Beckett again. Charlotte, the only person who knew her secret. The only person who bothered to understand.
What she doesn't expect is seeing her missing poster on her first day back.
With it being months since her disappearance, Willow expects to be the only one still reeling in pain. In barges Seth, Charlotte's brother, slowly breaking - and failing classes - for the past six months his sister's been gone. In desperation for answers, and each finding perks in their deal, the two team up to track down Charlotte and bring her back home.
Because when a part of your life is ripped away, people will do just about anything to get it back. And, when part of your life is ripped away, people will do just about anything to keep it a secret.
