Shelby never imagined she would lose her mother when she was only 15 years old. But when Samantha Bradford died of a heart attack, she left Shelby Bradford and her twin brothers in the custody of their father, who they haven't seen or talked to in a decade.

Determined to resist his attempts to mend burned bridges, Shelby is plunged into a world of deception, hatred, and fear. Her brothers seem to turn their backs, and Shelby and her clan mates become a mere project to the Foot Clan leader Oroku Saki.

Luckily for Shelby, there happens to be a band of heroes who agree that the Foot Clan and their plans must be stopped at all costs.
