How to make a refund inquiry
We will be providing a separate contact link where you will be able to inquire about the refund.
The link will be provided on every product/service in a separate notice along with an updated FAQ.
Companies will be shutting down there official customer support so any inquires made beyond this point, support will not be able to respond.

During the refund period, we will be asking for player information for verification.
Please record the following details as failure for providing the necessary information may result in refund inquiry being denied.
1. Player ID
2. Player Name
3. Country of residence
4. Preferred currency
5. PayPal ID
If you have multiple accounts please make sure to record all your accounts Player ID and Player Name.
We recommend players taking a screenshot of their account details with in the game.
