Newt x Reader Story. Book 1: The Maze. I rewatched the movie and took notes before starting this book, I also read the book before writing this. There aren't many chapters, but each has an average of 1,457 words per chapter (including the prologue), and a total number of 13,068 words in the whole book. "I may be slow to getting to know things around here, but I'm not that slow." Tommy chuckled, "I mean I'm pretty sure half the camp has a crush on her but you're fifty shades of complicated." He rubbed the back of his neck, "You keep surprising me, Greenie. It's... just history now." He played absentmindedly with his fingers. "Why do you ask? You uh... have a thing for her?" "Gally would happily filet me if I did." I joked. He laughed but didn't seem fully at ease. "No. I don't have a thing for her, she's a friend." He nodded, with a silent radiant of pleasure. I broke and asked him about her, "Is it really history? I mean... ever since I noticed you two together now I can't stop noticing it. The Maze Runner: Newt Fanfiction
Newt fanfiction based off the Maze Runner book. I decided to walk through basically the whole book and add in another girl. Some parts and some of the timeline I had to change so it makes more sense but the basics are still there same so it's okay. If you didn't read the book, some parts might be confusing, just a PSA. I'm working on The Scorch Trials and The Death Cure so if this gets enough reads/votes, I'll upload those as well.
