But as it turns out, fate likes to surprise him and then destroy him even more. Will it be different this time? He no longer believed it could be. He didn't want to believe it. He didn't want that last sliver of hope in his soul to be destroyed forever. Because, even though it seemed like the boy didn't want to live, deep down, he did. But he felt as if he couldn't. He felt like he couldn't live.
