Kelvin Forkner grows up as a man with primarily intellectual pursuits, with a promising bright above-average mind, and a body that is healthy but not devoted to physical danger and daring. The feisty, free-spirited, good-natured and gorgeous Fern gives him friendship, affection and eventual romantic love, but Peg, supposedly Fern's best friend, is a girl with sinister feelings who plots to ruin him, setting him up for false charges of sexual assault, because he does not measure up to her standards of perfection for men. But then Peg herself is actually raped. She and her severe father go on a murderous rampage.

Cuts and Bruises

30 parts Complete

Brooklyn goes to middle school. She thinks having a crush on some guy seems easy but stupid. She has had a crush on Jack Palmer for a few years now. Though, she doesn't really know love. Each day seems to be it's usual, until he offers to take her to a party. The classic mean girls still exist. At Brooklyn's school that title belongs to Sasha Evans. She has been the girl that shows up followed by trouble at it's least expected. After awhile they don't know what else to expect. Trying to live the most of your middle school year is a pain when you are someone else's piece in their fun. Brooklyn meets old friends and new people which can bring struggles. She would have never thought being a middle scholar could be so hard. She now knows she has thought wrong. Update: I write this a while ago and I wish I would've put more thought into it. *sigh*
