It's been three years since Gabe was separated from Clementine.Since then she has managed to take care of herself and AJ, before finding a place they might just call home; Ericson's Boarding School for Troubled Youth.
Meanwhile Gabe is trying desperately not to lose hope after the horrors he sees. His hatred of Lilly, a commender of the raiders,becomes matched only by her own of him. Gabe becomes determined to do whatever it takes to hurt the one person that took everything from him.
Neither thought the other was still alive and they definitely didn't think they'd ever see each other again.
