A series of poems - Just a way to vent :)
Not even sure these are even poems haha, maybe short thoughts 🙃 It's honestly all about this girl who I never had a chance with from the very start, but just fell too hard for. She moved away for school and I'm still in our hometown for some basic background. Part of me has tried to move on, so a few "chapters" mention other people.
Some of you may be able to relate to this piece of work and to that I say I'm sorry. It sucks to feel heartbroken and you can trust me on that. It may hurt now, but in the long run it will get better :)

Outcasts
Two girls. At school they're total opposites. The cheer captain and the loaner geek. But at home, life isn't all as it's seems. And one teacher, and their relentless assignments, bring them closer together. *** "You missed me?" I ask as if it's such a shock because to me it is. I'm a nobody. "Hm." She hums with a nod, "I didn't really know how to ask you if you wanted to hang out again, and well, thanks to my fucked up life, here we are, I found an excuse." "You do realise you can just ask me?" I'm a hypocrite, I couldn't do it either. when an aromantic falls in love
I'm an aromantic, and always have been but found out late... it provided me with lots of clarity. However, I found myself in a deep struggle trying to differentiate between being in love & being lonely since it has happened to me countless times before. So here I write little things now and then about the girl I'm in love with, in hopes that eventually, I can find the truth about my desires. (oct) ----- I'm surely in love, yes. I'll proudly write and show off the girl I'm in love with, I'll tell the world how much I love her, I'll make others jealous about my unconditional love for her all the way through. My Brooklyn. (nov) ----- As much agony as I am in, falling back and forth wondering what my love truly is, I'm trapped. I'm trapped every time I look at her even if I try to look away. it has me sick to my stomach, but I don't really mind. maybe it can end the way I want? (dec) ----- 3 days before confessing. Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. If I Try (Lesbian Story)
My life in ruins, this is where I'm at currently. I was living a lie, lying to people and most importantly to myself. You can act straight all you want, you can try to convince yourself that, but no matter how hard you try. The truth is always revealed. What did I do? I stroked her face, and told her she was still beautiful, then I bent down and kissed her. One of those soft, yet deep, gut wrenching, I'll always love you, but I have to let you go, goodbye kisses. Then I rested my forehead on hers and closed my eyes. I saw the past that we had, all of the memories we had together, I took them in, I felt the feelings again, I processed them. Then I saw the dreams that we dreamed for our future, I saw all of our plans that we made, I felt them, I felt the pain of what would never be, and then I released it all. I didn't realize I was sobbing until I felt her hand graze over the tears. I opened my eyes, blinked away the tears I had left, and smiled. She returned my smile. We knew at that point that no matter what happened, we would be ok.............. This is my struggle, this is my journey. Join me for the ride, but make sure you wear your helmet.Complete

Kelly's was all kinetic. Kala's was pure potential. Fire sat next to water." Analee didn't have an LGBTQ community to join. In her small town, she WAS the LGBTQ community. When two new girls move into town her senior year, one older, one younger, everything changes for her. It turns out falling in love is harder than she thinks. Even with a steadfast belief in true love, Analee finds navigating romance, friendships, and family something that has to be figured out one day at a time.Complete
