Blips of the memory of a party flashed in my mind. There was music that was played too loud, girls in dresses that were purposely too short and tight, and drinks. Everything blurred together and faces weren't recognizable.
Next thing I knew, I was in bed with sunlight gently caressing my face as it made its way through the blinds. I let out a sigh of relief.
Wait. That isn't my window. This isn't my bed. When did I change clothes!? God what happened!? Then, somebody may as well have hit the back of my head with a rock, because the hangover just kicked in.

Tragedy struck on a frigid December night in 2005, shattering the peace in our quiet, upscale neighborhood of Hannam-dong, Seoul. The victims were my parents: a British navy officer and his Filipino wife. The brutal home invasion left my twin sister and me orphaned and separated by fate. I was cruelly abducted by the robbers and sold into the sinister depths of a black market linked to an international orphanage. My sister, miraculously spared, was discovered by the police tucked safely under a bed, blissfully asleep and unaware of the horror that had unfolded. Eighteen years later, half a world away, I lived a life of privilege and comfort in the posh surroundings of New York City. Adopted by the billionaire Pages, James and Claire, I had everything a girl could wish for. Or so I thought. My world was rocked when I stumbled upon an online article with a photo of a girl who looked exactly like me-a girl who wasn't me. The article detailed the tragic story of a top student from a prestigious international school in Seoul, South Korea, who had been found beaten and left for dead. My heart raced as I showed the article to my parents. James and Claire, always loving and supportive, were visibly shaken by the uncanny resemblance. It was time to spill the secret they had guarded so closely-I was adopted. As I absorbed this earth-shattering news, I felt a deep, inexplicable connection to the girl in the article. Was it possible that this comatose girl was my long-lost twin sister? Determined to uncover the truth, I decided to travel to Seoul. My journey would take me into the heart of my past, into the whispers of my origins, and into the tangled fate of two sisters whose paths were meant to cross once again.

Alex.. That's all I remembered that summer night 3 years ago.. It was my 19th birthday and I was celebrating at the beach house, like we always did. Together. This summer was different. This summer was magical.. However, All I could remember was the tanned skin, in my bed, the morning after, cursing under his breath, searching for his clothes. All I remembered was his first name, after I peeked at a message that lit up on his phone, asking "Where are you, Alex? It starts in an hour." I remember the day before, but due to the alcohol in my system, it still was a blur. All i remember was the steamyness we shared and that he was in a rush, saying absoluetly nothing. Until he was gone.. I have been to that beach house every birthday since.. It's like he vanished and was only a memory. He only existed that one day on my 19th birthday. The laughs, the sun, the warm fuzzy feeling. It was perfect. Until it was gone. Vanished. It was the only time I felt like me, warm fuzzy, in the beach I loved, the mysterious man I met just that morning at breakfast who I spent the entire day with, it was the first summer I felt like myself ironic enough, falling for a man who i just met, He made me feel alive more than ever. He sent a spark in me. It was the first and only summer, I felt pretty inside AND out. Until I saw him.. 10 feet away from me. A beautiful woman attached to his hip, arm around her and PREGNANT. My world crashes around me and I can't breathe.

(BWWM) EDITING "That cannot happen again." Sunny spoke breaking the silence between us. We must have been sitting in my car for a solid five minutes without saying a word to each other. "Why?" I said I not bothering to look at her. I kept my eyes forward. "Because it's not appropriate." She was stern in the way she was speaking but I could catch the slight uncertainty in her tone. I decided to mess around with her until she finally breaks and confessed how she really feel. "Did you forget you kissed me back." I turned my neck to look at her. She bit her lip and looked down. "Yes, I know and I shouldn't have done that." "Why? Isn't that what you wanted to do."
