Infamous pirate captain Andromeda Rose is perfectly content with a life crime, until her crew convinces her to join in an intergalactic space race to find a rumored ancient treasure.
The 2370s are in full swing when an ancient star map is uncovered, sparking speculation on the destination of the map and kickstarting the beginning of a race across the galaxy. Navies, pirates, traders, and renegades scramble to assemble fleets and form alliances.
Captain Andromeda Rose and her crew join the space race vying for a chance at intergalactic fame and possibly riches beyond compare. Dodging dark matter nebulas, hostile competitors, and a megacorporatation's fascist militia bent on exacting revenge, Captain Rose and the Renegades inch closer to the prize. Alliances crumble, fleets dissolve, and chaos takes hold of the galaxy as competitors reach the end of the map and the Renegades make a discovery that could have dire consequences for the fate of the galaxy.

The Captain had a conference with his Sr. Officers to discuss sending her back home. In the middle of the meeting Arian, the alien spoke up. She told the crew that her planet was in danger by a dangerous foe, the Regits. These aliens were to not be messed with since Arians people were a peaceful alien race they didn't believe in fighting. The Captain had stationed Baker and Arian to coordinate everything and get a team assembled to try and free Arian's people. In the middle of this discuss Sr. Officer Katherine Bird spoke up and told the Captain that the Regits are a known enemy to her species the Drapoel. That they were not a race to take lightly.
