Year 3021, also known as Earth's End Time. The time when the scientists are rushing on their research and inventions in able to form a machine that could help them travel the remaining survivors of the Earth into any planet that could support life before Earth completely reaches its end. 

Lunaire Cassandra Devereaux is a Filipino-American teenager who found a secret portal inside her scientist parents' bedroom. Out of curiosity she incautiously entered the portal without knowing that it would bring her into another planet. The planet that isn't mentioned in the Solar System nor is said to be part of the Milky Way Galaxy- her only known life-bearing place in the universe. 

Upon entering that planet, she met five human-like extraterrestrial ( ET ) guys which introduced her to their lost and undiscovered planet- Vita.
