Two newborn kits are thrown headfirst into Riverclan life, not even having their eyes open yet. They're the first to interact with each other, and they bond quickly. Three months pass. The tom, Bravekit, and the she, Fringekit, are bonded closer than anyone in the large clan. Despite this change of fate, they're doing fine. This book tells a story of their happily oblivious life, as kits who were not supposed to be in Riverclan, but thanks to an unexpected change of fate, were brought under the same stars, the same sun, the same destiny.
