But no it's the complete opposite, Ashton is always lonely and doesn't even believe in stuff like Heaven or even God. He says if God were real then he would've been happy and actually have people who cared about him.
Ashton doesn't know that along his path of hell along comes a girl. that girl crashes into his heart. But soon she picks up up the pieces of Ashton broken heart and as she is showing him how to love and how it feels to be loved she also doesn't mind fixing his broken smile.
