Eye of Israfel

Throughout all of their lives, Ariel always came for her, never protesting, hesitating or even having any second thoughts. He makes no exception when her consciousness is implanted inside the body of a girl bred for that particular purpose, but he does object when that girl seems to seal away his beloved Israfel and begins to develop into a separate person from Israfel's Eye.
But his own host, Adamak, is falling for the girl, just as he is. Which female, he is unaware, as Mele and Israfel seem to become more like one being every day.
