I Am The Last Nightblood (the 100)

Based off of the popular CW science fiction action and adventure show, The 100. Verena: to fear, to respect.
Verena, like her older sister Lexa, was born with black blood, known as nightblood, a blood that is rare and belonged to the first ever commander after the fall of the human race on earth after a nuclear apocalyptic war leaves the earth inhabitable. The ones who are born with the blood can filter out radiation and also gives them more strength. In this world they too must bare training and hardship, in preparation of the current commanders death, where the remaining with the royal blood must fight to the death and determine the new commander of the 12 clans. When Verena's sister, Heda Lexa, commander of the 12 Clans and coalition, is shot and in a coma, Verena at the young age of 18 must learn to rule and the means of sacrifice and being a leader against the odds.
