Hundreds of years ago, hundreds of people escaped Earths surface through a formation that lead to to the worlds largest underwater cave system. Those people formed their own society completely cut off from the surface. But over time knowledge of the surface faded away from the citizens of Ocelis. And to the present day, they believe they are the only humans anywhere. But one mysterious outsider will change not only the life of a young monarchy worker, but Ocelis as a whole.
