T'Per is a fifteen year old Vulcan female who's skills are logically suited for a starfleet career. Enter: Starfleet Prepatory Academy, the Starfleet high-school alternative. Successfully mixing algebra, space travel, and teen romance... needless to say, it will be an interesting experience for the both of them.
