How can people who seem so perfect, actually be so broken and hurt behind closed doors?

That's what happen to Beth and Marco. On the outside they seem like the perfect twins. They are sweet and kind and they could be models. But behind the closed doors they are beaten, raped and just plain old abused to a pulp by there evil mom's husband. But one unfortunate and thankful night both their mother and step-father are brutally killed. The twin are sent away while the murders are being investigated but what the cops don't know is that the the twins killed their mom is stone cold blood.
