You must be our new roommate. Nice to meet you, My name's (Y/N) (L/N)." You introduced yourself. "Sup cutie. The names Selever nice to meet you." ............... That's all folks! When Thea comes back to her hometown after being gone for a year she hopes to keep a low profile, and accidentally befriending her old friend, getting a panic attack when homecoming is mentioned in front of the whole school and getting arrested along with the principle for having a affair with him don't help her much. Add getting caught making out with your friend on the couch, pranking the school, going back to the gang she grown up with, taking her goat to school multiple times and accidentally fall into a classroom after sneaking around in the ventilation system because drugging her old school seams fun. Yeah, being back won't be easy and she won't go unnoticed like she hoped. THE FIRST CHAPTERS MAY BE BORING AND BAD. I WROTE THEM A WHILE AGO, BUT ENJOY ANYWAYS. WARNING, EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS BOOK IS PROBABLY ON DRUGS AND I HAVE THE WORST GRAMMAR BECAUSE ENGLISH ISN'T MY FIRST LANGUAGE, IF YOU SEE A GRAMMAR OR SPELL ISSUE, PLEASE COMMENT AND I WILL FIX IT. Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.

In the words of a great philosopher; there is no limit to the gruesome and grotesque things we are willing to do in the name of survival. While reading this; Remember that not everything is as it seems. Remember that loved characters will die. Remember that the world will gradually get worse as the parts go on. Take a moment to ask yourselves these questions: What would you do in the name of survival? Would you steal to survive? Would you kill to survive? Would you lose your mind to survive? If you lost your mind, do you think you'd kill more, steal, injure, backstab, rape or any other atrocity you can think of? If you can think of it, then maybe you would. The characters and situations in this book are very real, if gore or horrific mental images scare you, then I wouldn't recommend reading far. DESCRIPTION: The Infection claimed the lives of over 3 billion people before the TV's went off. But it would claim many more. The problem didn't arise when those people got up and started walking again, or even when they started eating and infecting others, it began when people got desperate. In this new world, the true evil that humans are capable of gradually becomes more apparent, and a part of everyday life. Normality doesn't exist, people don't help other people. Friends aren't a thing anymore. All anyone truly has is themselves, and the burdens they carry.
