Veronica Goodling is a twenty three year old detective for the Toronto Police Department. Let's not forget the youngest since she jumped through secondary school and postsecondary. She's living the dream job she always wanted, has the perfect boyfriend, and has her best friend as her partner in crime, but everything comes with a price. Her past has come back to haunt her in recurring dreams she seems to grow tired of. It's hard to juggle the past and the century's biggest murder mystery which she seems to land as her current case. She seems to have no clues to help understand the past and her current case but it all seems to be under her nose.
