Death is everywhere, and it surrounds one particular girl. She has a peculiar gift. When you look into her eyes you see how you are going to die. She's haunted by this talent, knowing how everyone around you will die, but not herself. She tries to hide her talent, and walks through life mostly unnoticed, until one day a boy starts paying attention to her. She's startled by the fact that she doesn't know how he dies. Why can't she see his death? Is he like her, or is something else brewing?
This is a story I'm working on for Camp NanoWriMo. I probably won't upload much of it until later when I'm further along into the story, but for right now I'm going to post a teaser.
