Years from finishing her training, she must use the skills she has to find the source and stop it. Accompanied by the leader of the muzud creatures, her Bond Wolf, and the reluctant warrior Favid, Kan must fight unknown adversaries in order to save her world. But will she be able to save herself for her destined Cho Para mate, or give in to Favid, who's set her heart and body on fire?
