Book 3. Vampires around Wales are going mad and committing suicide with the black Howler being the only connection between them. Eric must race to find answers before the tensions between the werewolves and vampires spills over into war, but with Melisha fighting him at every turn, Bethan going AWAL and the appearance of the white Howler, he's struggling to keep his team of Cursed together and to stop the witches prophesy that these two Howlers will destroy the werewolf tribes forever.
