My Turkish Friend

Flint Lockheart and Caroline Bottom knew each other since birth. They grew up together, played together, and went to school together. It was natural for them to end up together. They became high school sweethearts, got married after high school, survived a long distance relationship, had twins, everything was great. Their lives were rainbows and sunshine, until Caroline died spontaneously from a heart attack.

Flint, a devastated widow with two toddler daughters, is now alone in the world with no one to help him. He works like a robot for days, everyday being in automatic, until he crashed into Hakan (), a Turkish-american extrovert who happens to be too shy to make any friends.

They each help each other, Hakan helped Flint by being a babysitter and Flint helped Hakan get out of his shell. develop and add friendship none of Flint's know how to feel about. Drama eventually boils as Flint discovers who he really is without Caroline by his side.
