Prologue:
The warmth of his gaze is spreading through my body, making me feel things I have never felt before. The touch of his rough fingers caressing my soft check made me lean into his palm. Nothing. Absolutely nothing could make me feel this way as I am now.

Blaire Tompson was the girl with a dark past but with a sweet heart.No matter how hard the world punches her, she will always stand back up. The death of her parents tore her apart, but after a while she gained strength. However, when she tried to forget about her parents, it never worked. Her parents will always be in her heart. Yet, there was one thing that continuously bugged her, driving her mad. And that was the mystery of how her parents died.

Aiden Black was known as the man that never loved anything or anyone. With him keeping his life a secret, no one knows about his past or his life now. Aiden has done terrible things that no one can even imagine. He has never in his life thought about sharing his secrets, his past or life with someone until one shy, innocent girl wrecked his plans on staying lonely.

But when they both crashed into each other's lives, will it change it for better or worse? Will they be able to love and trust each other? Or will they push each other away and let their dark past control everything in its path?
