Bakugou strongly considers Midoriya his rival in most aspects of life and eventually decides to compete with him in his sexual. At first Midoriya doesn't completely understand but after a few moves made by Bakugou, he decides to take the reins.
The game Bakugou thought of is simple but will continue until someone backs out and knowing these two that may take a bit of convincing.
The pair alternate their years of dominating during rounds of whatever has been decided to that date, so if Bakugou were to have this year, Deku would get the next.
Added on to this if it's their year of dominating they are allowed to add another event to the calendar, knowing that the following year the other will remake their event on that same date. This'll mean that the longer they keep it up the more dates get marked on the calendar.
Keep in mind the days end at midnight and the dominating character planning the new event does not have to tell the other, it is a complete surprise and may catch the other off guard if they are smart about it.
For obvious reasons in keeping the characters personality you may find that when Deku creates a new event it's not as brutal as Bakugou's, he'll warm up to it though... 😉 This is also why they alternate years and remake each other's events.
Also, once this is done there'll be like 27 sex scenes... hehehe I'm burning in hell...!
