He had turned his whole world on its head and put his trust and faith in his dreams for the first time in his life. Fame robbed him of some of many things that most take for granted. He didn't know about relationships the way someone his age should. What he did know was desire and lust. As they hike through Sierra Nevada she gave him that and so much more.
What would happen if your favorite fanfiction writer were introduced to the subject of their fiction? Meet Shelly Keller. When she heads out to hike the Sierras she doesn't expect to find anything but the wilderness. Little does she know that fate has something, or rather someone else in mind. Fate decides to stick Avi Kaplan, a man she thought was previous beyond her wilds dreams and the subject of her fanfiction tales right into the middle of her vacation. It turns out he is nothing like she dreamt he would be, sure he's noble and kind, gentle and nurturing. He loves nature and everything in it and he will not leave a woman alone in the wilderness. But she finds out that he is so much more and every bit a man.
