18-year-old Simon McLaren is a nerd but secretly is a streetfighter called Lighting. He's the best Streetfighter in the USA, but that is not his only secret. He is gay and no one except for three important people in his life know.
His two best friends Caroline and Hannah are also not the popular kids at school. They both are a part of the Underground just like Simon.
Cole Davidson is the same age as Simon and he's the leader of the Orlando Serpents, the most feared gang in America. He has to move to Orlando, where his sister and some of his gang members are and he'll attend the same high school as Simon.
As he came out as homosexual everyone around him accepted it, except his cousin who wants to take over the gang and would do anything for it. But he disappeared and didn't bother Cole nor his family anymore.
What will happen when Cole and Simon meet? Will Simon's past come and hunt him down? Will they're secrets be revealed or stay hidden?

Being kind of a recluse, he's a quiet person who is very distant and removed from his sibling. Ever since the twins' dad left when they were seven, Kizuato has been more reserved and less willing to trust people. He hates people who bully others for things that can't be changed- such as sexual orientation or race- especially after having experienced it himself for being asexual/aromantic.
