Kate Winters had grown to be 12 when she hit her head on the diving board during a tournament. She got out of the water with a simple bruise on her head and she continued to dive for her team. Later the concussion is worse than it seemed. This book is a serious of flashbacks. Throughout about the whole book it will be italic. When it isn’t italic it means there is no flashback.
