A girl named Alliyah who's suffering from a disease called Congenital insensitivity to pain with anhidrosis (CIPA). Isa itong sakit na kung saan ang taong nakakaranas nito ay walang maramdamang kahit na anong sakit. Hindi rin pinag papawisan ang taong nakakaramdam nito.

Isang araw may nakita siyang lalaking magpa-pakamatay

"Magpapa kamatay ka ba kuya?" Tanong niya sa lalaking nasa harapan niya.

"Ano namang pake mo?" Sagot naman nang lalaki. 

'Ang sungit naman nang lalakeng to' sabi niya sa isip niya.

"Alam mo bang ang swerte mo? Di mo man lang ba maisip na maraming gusto mabuhay? Tulad na lang nang iba na may sakit tulad ko..." sabi niya habang nginunguya ang kinakain niyang apple.

"Ako? Kahit suntukin, sampalin, at mahulog pa ako sa mataas na building hindi ako masasaktan, siguro wala akong kamatayan" pagpapatuloy niya pa sa sinasabi niya.

"Ano ka, Superhero?"tanong ng lalaki.

"Hindi..." sagot niya, sabay tawa.

"By the way, Alliyah" sabi niya sabay lahad ng kamay.
