SOAR - Spitting On A Rose

She steps out.

She smiles.

She sees her family after a year and a half.

She spots a man standing behind them.

She frowns.

She doesn't recognise.

She ignores and turns to her family, doing the ultimate trust fall on them.

They catch them.

But with false arms.

Romana Yusuf.

The girl who feels lost but doesn't remember what exactly was missing in her life. She believed in the memories her family treasured for her. These were what she would live on.

If they were planning to tell her everything she had forgotten in the first place....

But little did she know, every idea had its own faultfinder, just as a rose has its own thorns.

Being brainwashed by a facility centre called PROMIS, this centre decided to blame her 'mental illnesses' for losing her treasured memories.

Then she meets Mr Adam Samuels, the only lying spiteful but interestingly handsome idiot, who hated her from the start and Romana doesn't know why. She didn't understand what she possibly could have done for a guy like him to hate her so much.

But this horrible man also tells her a story. A story she didn't expect to hear from him.

Who should she trust?

The devil in disguise?

Or the family that kept her in the dark?

{Completed} My name is Miracle. I got that name when I was fourteen. I can't remember my family. I can't remember my friends. I can't remember anything from the past. Do I even have a past? Where was I born? Who are my parents? What did I like? Did I prefer dresses or sweaters? Was I a girly-girl or a tomboy? I lost everything the moment I came forcefully here. I didn't ask for this nor did I would want it. I came here to loose myself. I came here, because I got kidnapped. Everything I had known, everything I had forgotten came up to surface and tried to swim when he came into my life. He, the one who saved me.. ~ This story is so much more different than my previous ones. This is too emotional and extreme. Its about two people meeting each other in the worse circumstance. Two people who are trying to save each other by loosing themselves. Its still Islamic of course, but that will appear later in the story. If you don't like grammar mistakes, then this story is nothing for you. You have been warned. Also contains it scary parts which could make you cry, so if you can't handle that, then don't read it. Romance. GENERAL DISCLAIMER ABOUT MY WORKS: I write about the things that people don't want to think about. I write about the things that people are turning away from when its mentioned. I write about the things no one warned you about because in their eyes its a taboo to even think of it. I write about atheists, rape, forced marriages- all of the darkest side of life. If you don't like that, then this account is nothing for you.

Previously known as: I'll never forgive you Maryam Junaid, a pious, confident young Muslimah who lost her parents in a fire at the age of ten. As the little girl wandered the dangerous streets of New York, she was kidnapped and somehow ended up in the foster home of the Mehmoods. At the young age of 12, she had already gone through a lot. Abuse, harassment, humiliation, you name it. Life was tough but things took a turn for the better when the sweet Saleh couple stumbled upon her. Liking Maryam's sensibility and piety, they ask for her hand in marriage for their only son; Abdullah Saleh. Knowing that it was the only way out of her misery, she gladly accepted and despite her foster family's disapproval, started her life as the Saleh family's daughter-in-law and the wife of Abdullah Saleh, a stranger. Abdullah Saleh, the famous workaholic, charming, young CEO of Saleh textiles. His intense gaze, raven straight hair, and pale creamish skin weren't one to go unnoticed. Partying, girlfriend and work were his main goals in life and nothing could change that. He was pretty content until a little girl who liked to act snobby and confident, forcefully entered his life. To say that he was annoyed would be an understatement. They say polars attract but this couple just didn't click. The bond of marriage between the two, binding them together created a big clash. And one thing was for sure, it wasn't pretty. __________________________________ Note: The credit for the images used in the cover goes to however made them. Ek Raat Ek Baat Likhunga, Khud Ko Daag Tujhe Saf Likhunga Hakeekat Me Tu Kabhi Milega Nahi eak Kitaab Me Apni Mulaqat Likhunga (Credit to the respected owner) **"A Love Written in Secret"** What happens when love blooms in silence, hidden beneath layers of unspoken emotions? A girl deeply rooted in her values, never imagined that a simple university function would change her life forever. Draped in her black abaya, hijab, and mask, she stood on stage, unaware that -the guest of honor-was watching her with admiration, mesmerized by her unwavering faith in a world that often questioned it. From stolen glances at a lunch party to late-night conversations that became a habit, their connection deepened. Yet, neither confessed-until the day He was set to leave. Sitting alone on a university bench, lost in her thoughts, She never expected to see him kneeling before her, holding a bouquet of red roses. *"Aaj kuch mat kehna... Bohat himmat kar ke yaha tak aya hoon. Pehle meri baat sun lo..."* His voice trembled, his heart in his throat. Tears slipped from Her eyes as she finally heard the words she had longed for. In that one moment, in front of the entire university, their hearts spoke louder than society's judgment. But love in secrecy comes with its trials. As they navigate the complexities of their hidden Nikah, insecurities arise. Will her fears push her away from him? Or will his unwavering devotion prove that true love never needs a witness-it only needs faith? **A story of love, longing, and a bond tested by time.**

Just a little note. I've completed the story but it needs a little editing. I'll be adding in some new things. So, some things might (MIGHT) not make sense. -------------------- -------------------- Romma Albasha. Everybody knows that name. She's the school's badminton champion after all. Those gorgeous green eyes and long golden locks were worth dying for. Not only that, the party addict can get any boy she wants. Well, that's just Romma for you. Despite being an Arab Muslim, Romma never really acted like one. Why should she? She's got everything in the world. Money, a doting father and amazing friends. She doesn't need Allah. But what happens when the kind and goody two shoes Waqqar Mehmood shows up? He's always been annoying to her. But that isn't the case when Romma starts spending time with him, seeking answers about her religion. There might just be a soft spot for Waqqar in Romma's heart. Or could there possibly be love blooming? Read to find out how Romma finds true love the halal way. She'll have to find herself as a Muslim before anything. Bubbs out!
