midoriya izuku was born midoriya imiso. he was also born female.
the surgery to fully transition is expensive and izuku couldn't bare to ask his mother for the money and so he maniges with hormones and a binder.
everything is fine until our young hero wakes up feeling unusually sick and dizzy. turns out he's pregnant!
