France and his annoying little Emperor had been slowly attempting to overtake Egypt and threaten his route to India, who was starting to become increasingly valuable to the British empire every day. The fact that Fracis had made him feel remotely threatened frustrated him to no end.

So naturally, Arthur had to intervene and start a war. Somebody had to keep Francis in line. 》
