A sixteen year old girl named Nicole lives a normal life outside the city with her mother, things used to be perfect until her dad disappeared two years ago, Nicole started going into the woods everyday to explore forget and distance herself from her mother who thinks her father will one day show up and everything will be fine. One day Nicole's mother goes to town and tells her to stay home, Nicole waits till she leaves and goes exactly where she's not supposed to. Back to that place, the darkness. Nicole gets to close and she's pulled under the black waters and is taken to a whole different universe. A place where people never age and where her mother once was, She's to train and become stronger against some of the most dangerous creatures, things that shouldn't exist. But a war is coming and sacrifices are to be made can Nicole make it? Or will she give up before she learns the one secret about herself, that could save everyone.
