Romance
A 13-year-old girl named Jessica was an ordinary girl. She is the typical nerd-type, who always gets an A+. Jessica doesn't have many friends at school. Her first best friend was JigglyPuff, or more known with the nickname Puff. Puff has an elder twin brother named Leo. One day, Puff gathered everyone for a hangout. Jessica seemed to get along well with Leo, and X. On that day forward, Jessica and Leo would always hangout together, in real life, nor in texting. One day, Puff and Leo are moving cities far from where Jessica and X lives. Short Prologue Story (Normal POV) There he stood. Leo. The boy she had loved for a long time. It was finally time. She walked over to him, heart beating fast. Leo stood there. Standing. Behind him, the view of the beautiful afternoon sky. The sun had been going down. It was getting dusk. Jessica had her note behind. As she approached the blonde, she was looking to the ground. Sprinting, she finally made it. Seconds turned to minutes, as Leo looked to the lovely purple-orange sky. "Well, doesn't it look lovely today? Though. Your the most loveliest." Hearing him say that made her heart skip many beats. She was scared if he was only complimenting her because of how she looked, or lust. "Yes." Jessica stuttered. The conversation was getting awfully awkward. She was scared. Awkward conversations would mean that the blonde had no same feelings about how Jessica had feelings for him. He was a jerk at first, but then started to realise, he just wants to be accepted that way. He was a jerk. Jessica gripped her note hard. Leo seemed to notice, then said "What's that you got there?" Jessica was more scared and nervous than before. "It's nothing." "You sure?" "Yes." "Then, look at me. Face me." Jessica looked up. The thing that you read before you read the book Hello Reader, welcome to our book. Now this story tells two perspectives on one situation, so it can be read inside out, flapways, flipways, sideways, front to back, or back to front (not that we'd recommend it). So please, grab a chair and sit in it (or stand if you prefer) while we introduce the two very special people this is all about. ROSE JACOBS cannot speak. She is easily irritated but very caring at the same time. She's a straight up tomboy and almost never wears makeup. She loves to daydream at any moment she can. All she wants in life is success, and only success. You may call her a buzzkill but I think it's a great life goal. Unlike Poe, no one (even in kindergarten) has ever liked her, except her best friend Greg. But Rose doesn't care, well... nah. We're not gonna tell you, that would ruin the story. POE XIAO cannot see. We think you can tell where this is going. He's charming, ever so flirty, and oh-so sarcastic. He's more put together than a blind guy should be. Girls drop like flies around him, but none of that really matters. On the inside- well, if we told you that would ruin it, right? Read as these two collide at an internship and a number of other painfully awkward situations. You shall laugh and cry and maybe even both, which might cause you to snort milk out of your nose, so we'd be careful. It's a wild ride of what it's like to live silenced and in the dark.
