Virgil has spent the last year of his life finding his place within the group of sides. The only issue is the secret he keeps, but no one knows or even suspects anything. Until Deceit comes along, making everyone question Virgil, even himself. The only question now is how long Virgil can last before his world implodes, his secret is revealed, or worse.
This story takes place right after "selfishness v. selflessness" so be ready for it to pick up straight from there.

Through the reveal of Remus, things between the sides have changed. Logan's advice to Thomas has been taken up by Virgil, talking to Patton and learning to grow as a side. All seemed to be going smoothly until Remus tells Roman something not so true ,and with a new dilemma facing Thomas, the sides are busting out the seems of their foundation to try and keep things together. But with a fallout between the repressed and furious feelings eating away at Virgil and Roman, a past that had never seen the light of day, and the wrath of the dark sides ready to break all that was built, the sides have to figure out a way to save all that they have. - #3 on #sanderssides 10-15-19 - I recently got into Sanders Sides and I needed to write a story with Virgil's past ASAP, I hope you enjoy it!
